Step 1
Download and install Team Viewer software to your PC or Notebook.
* We only support Windows PC/Notebook at this time.
* Team Viewer application is FREE for Non-Commercial Use. So when you're installing Team Viewer, please tick "Personal / Non-Commercial Use" unless you are planning to purchase the License.
Step 2
Inform us your Device ID and Password as shown in the Team Viewer application.
* The password that provided by Team Viewer application is NOT permanent, so it is SAFE to use Team Viewer application. You can press refresh button beside the password textbox anytime and a new password will be auto-generated.
* For effectiveness, please also provide us your Contact Number and Email Address as well.
Step 3
Wait for our response.
